ITR/CTR cams are wonderful for boost. Go checkout www.forums.evans-tuning.com and search for his dyno plot B16 vs. GSR cams. Once you're amazed by that, know that the ITR/CTR cams are even better

I already have a set of JG Engine Dynamics titanium retainers and dual wound springs in my head from before, and wasn't sure if it'd be wrong to use something like Crower Cam's if I don't use Crower's valvetrain as well..?
