just think of how bad *** this pic could have been if you would have backed up about 10ft...and got the whole car in it...rather than that one of your roof in the first shot.
doesnt this look better than if I were standing up taking the pic...and got the roof in there also. You take a pic of the roof...and that gives the object another dimension, and totally takes away from the center of the pic.
standing level with the object
and standing in front of the object taking a pic
It doesnt really matter that im shooting pics with a pro-grade camera, its pretty much basics of taking quality pics. The same principal works with about anything you take pics of...
since the pics were the entire point of this thread, I thought I would put a little $.02 into it.
also, im a bit drunk, tired and im heading to bed. lol.

no but he could have easily stood outside the car wash. Considering the carwash is about the most absolute worst place to do a 'photoshoot'; more could have been done with what he was trying to accomplish. I've seen plenty of 'went to the self carwash...took some pics' threads around various photo websites...
