if memory serves me correctly, this guy used to work at a fast food chain (burger king or some ----) and while working the cook area, a mini stove or grill that sits on a top shelf fell on his arm and burned him pretty bad. And it was a violation to have the grill/stove unsecured, it's supposed to be bolted down and secured up there.

He posted this on HMT a while back, and I remember telling him to sue their asses.
