ya i had to pay $50 as a "down payment" to get in.. the pills are like $80/month (havent even picked them up yet)

the pills im getting they perscribe to people for things like quiting smoking, there not the strong kind of pills i think your talking about, the ones he gave me people dont get dependent on like the hard stuff.

i usually just go smoke when i feel like im "freaking out" but when i feel like i cant breath it sucks.

Those typically don't work well for ADHD. Stratera? Good luck getting your ***** stiff on that ----.

FYI, drugs you can't get in generic form = $$$. Any time release format (Desoxyn, Adderal XR, etc) is not avail in generic, and runs $90-110/month

The doctor who prescribed my Dexedrine has ADHD, she knew wtf she was talking about. The theraputic dosages taken have *zero* addictive properties. I don't crave the ----.

Smokeing = temporary elevated dopamine levels aka triggering a dopamine rush. Dexedrine = elevates dopamine levels.

well now that you mention it Boost, I dont feelbetter. But it seems that I am able to stay awake longer now. and every once in a while I get a few seconds of clarity. YEsterday I got dizzy andkinda nauseus, but I didnt throw up. I couldnt sleep tonight, mostly due to my dad throwing up in teh midle of the night then going to watch the 40 yr old virgin and laughing his *** off. I get a headache every day and I get really tired after I take the prozac until about 2 hours later, then I get kinda wired, but only 'wired' wnough to geta coupl ethings done befor eI want to siut down again. Every morning I wake up I look around my room and try to recognise everythign and read everythign I can to see if I get blurry or not.

I havent even checked my email in 2 days. I normally check that ---- like 5 times a day...ApparentlyI did ok on the test I took thuirsday in accounting. I was trying to get my teacher to let me retake it and he said I did better than I did on our first test. I coul dbarely read the letters for the multiple choice answers. blah. I guess I'll try to pop in here and update this thing if I start feeling better every other day or something. its hard as hell for me to even stare at my computer. My head gets heavy as ---- and myneck gets tired.

hoterx: your humor always makes me laugh. thanks.

That doesn't sound like depression, Chris.

I'm guessing what he's experiencing right now is the side effects from the Prozac. The side effects lessen and will mostly go away after a while so don't think they will last forever. The longer you take it, the less the side effects.

What mg dose are you taking?

There are no side effects to suicide.
Time for a new prescription?

When you first start taking a new medicine you're going to feel the bad before you feel the good, especially SSRI's. I always heard Prozac was the most extreme SSRI and to only take it if nothing else works for you. I would have suggested Zoloft/Sertraline for him and go from there.
