I think it's cool that mainstream movies are recognising the tuner sub-culture. So like the muscle car era there were a few movies with strong car content. Steve McQueen anyone?

Anyway, I only wish a legit car tuner obsessed with getting details correct would make a movie about the tuning scene. Someone not afraid to do realistic scenes, not huge bottles of NOS and DANGER TO MANIFOLD where too much naaaws makes your kick plate pop off so you see the ground. No 30' jumps over a bridge with lowered cars and no suspension travel etc.

I just want to see a tuner movie that has real facts. Showing real fast cars with big turbos superchargers and whatnot. Producers may think that it's too specific to gearheads but if you create some depth that the casual non-car guy overlooks then it could work. I think the marketing (which is really what does make a movie work) should realise that the car guys will see a movie and if it's good and accurate they will sell it to the general public...

hey douche and d16, did you forget about biker boyz? it's the same idea, motorcycle idiots driving fast and killing themselves and prices on bikes going up.

hey hachish, let's make an hmt movie, everyone submit your footage and we'll just edit it all together

Dude i dont even want to see that ---- i've seen the prevues and that ---- looks too fake, ---- like dude riding on the roof of the train and ---- like that. Bouth F&F movies were just lame *** ---- and this movie isn't going to get any better....LAME!!!!!!!!!!!!
