Default welder help

ok here we go i live and home and with parent in highschool and need a damn welder and the house is like 90 to 100 years old so wireing is old in some spots so what kinda of welder i have one plug the a
220v at 20 amps and the
highest one on the 115 is a 50amps
and have like 300$ buget this would be my first welder
