Weight Gain + working out.
Well I pulled my old bench press out of storage and am gonna start using it now that I have some more time on my hands, i'm planning to build up some bulk fast, I know some of you ******* are huge, what strategy would I use
I weigh 175lbs and i'm 5'11" not exactly huge so i'd like a better build, I noticed that in the last few months after I stopped working out I started loosing my abs and gaining fat, I know that cardio burns off muscle so i'd be wasting my time doing both, so how should I go about building muscle while loosing some fat.
also I plan to build my upper body mostly my pecks, biceps, triceps forearms and tripesies(sp?)
Any good excercises you guys use to work all thoes muscle groups all in one or two shots? I look to only work out about 30-40 minutes every 2 days.

Re:Weight Gain + working out.
one word will get you what you want.......... dumbells! it adds mass and strength faster then any bars and levers will. cause each arm will be workign indepentantly it will build up all the smaller stuff too.

the key is form not weight. if you cna lift a bit lower weight in the correct form and not throw it up and down you will become stronger also. who cares if you can't lift as much. just lift it right.
