Generally for people who consume low amounts of THC in their weed it takes about 72 hours
So basically if you smoke now and then have a 3-4 day break before you go for the test you should be fine.
I had compulsary drug testing at my new job and did'nt smoke for a few days .. came through sweet ***

no not really im 6'1 and like 215 or so, but i have taken niacin b4 back in high school, it fuckn was just junk, got it from GNC and they were prob way to many mg's but o well, just got all red and itchy, thats for the good info guy, looks like the safe zones about 30 days or so, wonder if a few 8 ***** would clean that ---- out :P

I did 2 tests back in my dude days after smokin 2 days before. Lots of b vitamins and a couple gallons of water before the test. passed both times

i was in the same boat, but my tests were for court. i stopped 2 1/2 weeks before, and started takin lecithin (dietary supplement) about 2 times a day. passed the court appointed **** test. 
thc is moreso carried on fat cells, so werkin out would definately help. that lecethin is a fat emulsifier(sp?) it's supposed to break down fat cells.
THC is carried in the blood, but not for very long.
i've also used those drinks before, but that was when i smoked the night before a test for werk. if you do that get the good ----, not the $15 dollar drink. more like $60, for something good. it werks just make sure you don't drink too much water before or else it will come back diluted. vitamin b will give your urine color if you take it like the night before too. just another safe gaurd.
