Go to Download.com and search for something like "converter m3u".

Or just google "M3U conversion"

just search for one, theres about 543250149351 mp3 converters out there. a good one use to be Acoustica MP3 converter. Im not sure if its still avalible or not, but I used to use it to convert random sound sample I would find on the internet into mp3's so I could use them in my music.
