still happening in westminster and the surrounding area, cept its usually viet gangs against each other... pretty stupid ---- i was once apart of. a friend of mine who i used to "kick it" with never got out of this "phase" was shot and killed a little bit over a year ago in garden grove over a stupid gang banging/drug ordeal. i heard from another friend that whoever killed him pulled up right next to his car blasted him point blank range in the head region with a shotty. its pretty sad how people off the street know more details about the homicide than the detectives, gang unit, and police.
