Here's the emulator.

1. Download, unzip/extract the file.
2. Run it as administrator by right clicking it and clicking on Run as Administrator
3. Click OK
4. Select BIOS to emulate
5. Select Manufacturer that you want it to show in System Properties
6. Install Key
7. Activate
8. Wait for confirmations of selections/installs before you reboot, it might take a minute or two for them to pop up.
9. Reboot

Hm took 4 minutes to download the ISO, then 10 to add to a tgz file, then a couple more to figure out how their directories are parsed.

Anywho, anyone who needs more information just send me a message

The retail has the ability to upgrade from XP and OEM doesn't. Also, license policies and packaging is different.
Also, retail comes with 2 cds. One for 32bit and one for 64bit.
