use to a bunch. It was atleast 1-2 month we would go out shooting out in the desert, I lived in a military town my dad is a DOD electrical engineer so everyone owned guns so we would all go out and just go to town.
I really dont anymore last time was about 6 months ago.

I honestly think their has to be some kind of armed presance at schools this happens way to often and it's not going to stop remember last summer those little amish kids got killed at their little one room school house this happens it seems at every social ethnic and religious level with people theirs no profile for the type of guy that does it.
If their was someone with a gun there and these people knew it it would stop most of them. Although to a few of them the armed people may be the first target.
But then if that guy knew students were packing he may not do it. But then some armed student would shoot somebody for saying Hi to their girlfriend..........theirs just no way to win.
BUt I do know one thing you take peoples guns away and this would still happen.
And what you guys were saying about the common man isn't a good enough shot to make a differance your right. A few years ago a guy opened fire in a courthouse in texas. Some man in his apartment heard the shooting rushed out with his gun fired at the gunman emptied his pistola and missed every shot and got killed like that kid with the hand cannon in pulp fiction.

someone says hi to their girlfriend and they shoot them? NORMAL PEOPLE DO NOT DO THIS. CRIMINALS DO THIS. there is probably .001% of the population that would do this and if there is more THEY ARE CRIMINALS ANYWAYS.
the amish kids didn't get killed by another amish person, someone drove out there and shot them (another easy target)
notice how no one goes to NRA conventions or gun shows to commite mass murder
common man can't make a difference
?? pick up a NRA monthly magazine, they have one or two pages each issue of stories around the country where a real american law abiding citizen with a firearm saved the day

What kind of incompetent ***** does this university employ?? They had 2 known dead at 8am. The residnce manager of the building was telling people to stay inside and away from windows. at 9:15 he shot up the schoolhouse. HOW IN THE ---- IS THIS POSSIBLE!! How in the hell do they think an email warning is enough to warn those on campus. WHY IN THE HELL wold you not say something over the campus loudspeaker to warn those in class and not by a computer with email access?? The 2 lives at the dorm are tragic. The lives and injuries at Norris Hall should NOT have occoured. Here is the timeline acording to students from msn.com
7:15 gunshots reported
8:00 dorm where 2 people were shot dead is locked down
9:15 gunman starts shooting in Norris Hall, chained the door shut
9:26 the campus police send out an email stating "2 students have been shot. Police are investigating. The university community is urged to be cautious
9:50 email is sent stating that "A Gunman is loose on campus"
10:15 Student working in a lab in Norris Hall says he heard loud banging
10:16 Campus issues another email stating that all classes have been cancelled and to stay where you are with doors locked and away from windows
10:52 Another Email in which authorites announce multiple dead at Norris hall, and all persons are to stay where they are until further notice
12:00 Students and facualty have a partial evacuation and are told to go home
12:15 Univerity president issues a statement that this is "a monumental tradegy"
