personal I can't stand the sound of the rotary it's just so freakin LOUD! drowns everything out and runs slow as *** usually in the 1/4 mile. there are a bunch of guys running them at the local track in older corollas I think so freakin annoying wind to 10k on the lauch bog out and slowly go down the track to a amazing 13sec pass in a 1700lbs car wow not. well at least yours is boosted and will not be as loud

Congrats dude. About ------- time

When you get it a little more squared away, you should promptly take a vid of it hanging off a launch control or limiter. (before you bolt the exhaust on),

Sounds like a misfiring old Evinrude V4. Congrats on the standalone and hopefully you get it dialed in and sorted out with an exhaust system. Just getting it to bark off is a really good start.

well they have no torque hardly. plus, the big ports such as the j bridge and p port cant really get off the line too well unless you get it just right, then it just shoots like a bat out of hell. The basis of your opinion if completly wrong.
plus the idle at like 3 or 4 grand.

ah. lol. wont be doing too much of that as i have the bone stock rear end not made for bashing via turbo. i do have a replacement turbo rear end with driveshaft and whatnot, so if i do decided to hred it, ill be prepared.

yup. ive gone through half a tank already just letting it idle in my driveway. i have to get rid of all the old gas, let the engine run, then do an oil change after a couple more tanks, if not like 1 more. then i need to figure out how to do everything else. the guy that was gonna tune my haltech install moved away so im screwed with that, but im going to go ahead and try and tune it conservatively when boost cuts in, and hopefully that bnr turbo charger will be crankin out the 300 whp ill be looking for. who know.

plus, in that video, i had a huge vacume leak. forgot to cap off a couple things. it should idle better when i cap them off.

The beaners would kill you if they herd you say that ---- down here.
In Florida they run 10s easy if they can keep there front wheels on the ground.
And i think they put them in starlets?
