I'll have to admit this meet was pretty quiet, this was my first time ever really being in a large group installing a turbo setup. It was kinda hard trying to keep everyone busy. I wasnt sure if people wanted to help? maybe just watch? also you really dont know peoples skill level, so I cant just say hey go make this flange real quick.

The tool situation really ------- sucked *** in teds garage, ted probably has 60 grand worth of tools, however no matter how hard I looked I could never find a god damn 17 or 19mm socket. The garage was just a cluster, you got so many people grabbing tools setting them down, stuff gets lost fast. I think that aggrivated me the most. Secondly my flywheel really pissed me off, the flywheel that was on the engine had the dowlpins shaved off when it was machined! I was like wtf?!?... I figured I'd try putting the PP on and just going slowly tightening the bolts, one of the clutch bolts got stuck, then cocked funny and broke off. In all the years of working on cars I have never broke a clutch bolt, and It was not coming out. Then it took like 45mins to find a freaking 17mm 12pt socket to get the flywheel off. I spent a little bit of time trying to get the bolt out but ended up giving up. I called everyone to see if anybody had a extra flywheel and nobody had one. Beau had a really fucked up one that had a 4puck race disc explode on it. It was our only option so I cleaned the ---- out of it, and there were all kinds of hairline cracks in it. I said ---- it and ran the flywheel anyways. Lots of little gay ---- happened too, like the intercooler was to far forward and the bumper wouldnt go on, so I had to redo that. My headlight is all fucked up and wont stay in and nobody has any duct tape!? wtf... The starter wire from the solenoid to starter was grounding out on the tranny so that had to be fixed.

I was honestly in just a crappy mood all day, hung over, tired as hell... Oh well, it all got better after dave let me drive his car

Big groups are fun to do stuff, but I think I like doing my own turbo setups at my own pace =) I've just never been a big fan of people sitting there watch me work on my car. I think it would have been funnier if it would have been someone elses car.

Thanks again everyone for the help, and once I get the engine bay cleaned up a bit more I'll take some pics for the final write up =)
