But as far as my legal knowledge goes, its yours. You have the title, and no bill of sale to him. Sorry man If this keeps going til monday, ill ask my one teacher and my one friend's dad about it, they're both lawyers.

Hmmmm....I have about 15 people that know I sold it to him and I'm sure I could find about 15 more that witnessed him in posession of it, including his old boss because he stored it at his shop for a while. I can certainly prove it, just not on paper.

Well, the ***** I sold it to is claiming he doesn't know what happened to the car. He just woke up one day and it was gone. He forgets he told me he had it towed "somewhere" and he told me this big story about how it fell off the tow truck and this and that. He mentioned something about this other ***** having it, but that doesn't match what he says about how it just vanished.

I know exactly what's happening. The guys yard it's in now bought it from the guy I sold it to. He took what he wanted from it and let it sit for almost a year now. He has no way of getting rid of it so he calls the cops and tells them someone dropped it off in his yard in the middle of the night and he wants it gone. ---- that. He's going to have problems. I've seen this little ---- running around town with my ---- on his car. I have pictures to prove it. It's going to look stupid when I show up with the cops and point out the fact that he has all the parts from the car on his car, yet he claims it was juts dropped off in the middle of the night. I bet the neighbors will say it's been sitting there for quite a quite a while now.

Either way, the guy I sold it to is going to admit to the cops that I did sell it to him, so I'm clear, right? Even if it is in my name? It's out of my hands. Mother *******.......
