A bunch of drama ensues where everyone claims the light was green and the other guy didn't stop, whose right doesn't matter because everyone involved is a ------- retard. The bottom line here is Stacy Owens could afford a lawyer and got her ---- dismissed within three months while Vadim Golubev is a janitor who can't afford a $4 throttlebody, and his buddy sued the panties off of him for OVER A YEAR until the case was dropped because, and I'm quoting this directly from the Order of Dismissal Without Prejudice dated 12/05/2006, word for word, "you can't squeeze blood from a turnip."/

Now, after having to suffer through this mediocre ----, I think we all deserve a COMPREHENSIBLE explanation in ENGLISH why Vadim bought a stolen transmission he discovered from a 3 page flame thread that was deleted on NWSR. The whole source of controversy in the thread was that the transmission was ------- STOLEN. How does that excuse his purchase and continued ownership of the transmission, and what the ---- does that have to do with being a stupid ------- christian?

Your honor Davis, the stealth shuttle has a transmission with the vin axed. Acquired from a friend who is known to be innocent of any kind of theft, took the transmission attached to an LS block with run and clean numbers from some Russian kids. Because the known innocent friend happened to only run the LS block numbers and not the B16 transmission attached, I move to dismiss...
Its my contention that after a number of clean hands this transmission was passed through, I'd also move to have it cleared as a simple transmission again, with no evidence that it was stolen to begin with, minus the vin axed and being in the hands of a Russian at one point in it's life.
