v-tec motor with turbo

Default v-tec motor with turbo

i have heard that putting a turbo on a v-tec motor is bad on the motor... is this true or is it a rumor? any suggestions
would be appreciated.

Welcome to HMT, these are the only types of replies you'll get with noob questions like yours...no offence but you could have done a search.

Oh, and its prefectly safe to put a turbo on a VTEC engine, infact VTEC with turbo is a very good setup.

ya. im new to imports so im tryin to figure my options out. is there internal work that is a must to put a tur bo on.. and
what is the power gain difference in turbo and supercharger. i have tried searching but cant really find anything.
