simple mathematics equates that the thread maker is a mobile meth lab that sells insurance on the side with a built in emergency room in the rear where they direct you if you make an insurance claim and thy in turn try to sell you pharmaceuticals but you have insurance so they direct you to the insurance department to file a claim which happens to be down the hall next to the meth lab.
