I would have just given chase and called the cops at the same time. See your first mistake was not doing a brake check on the numb nuts. I had the same thing happen to me back in the day. I was riding in my EF hatch and guy was in a full size jacked up ram. All I could see in my back glass was his bumper. Sped up a little then locked the breaks up for a second then took off. Look back to see him sliding sideways across the road lol

Yep.
Some nog cut me off, about causing an accident, and I passed him. He then preceded to tailgate me with his high beams on, so I did a quick brake-check. He swerved around me into the other lane and started yelling ---- out the window, got back behind me, and was tailgating again. So, I threw one of my empty liquor bottles out the window. Not sure if it hit the car, but he pulled up beside me and I heard a couple shots from a gun. I "guess" he didn't aim at me because there was no damage to the car, but I said F IT and slammed the brakes and went the other way.
Make sure you're packing before starting ---- on the road.

Update
So after bothering the city prosecutor every day for a week, I got a name! Joseph Sornsin of West Fargo, ND. That was all they would tell me. If anyone would like to help me find a Address, phone number, anything for this guy, it will definitly help. They charged him with Criminal Mischief. It is pending whether they have enough evidence to bring it to court. I don't know exactly what evidence they found, its pretty straight forward.

i had a guy in a toyota echo ride my *** with the bights on i locked up my brakes and he jumped up on the curb ------- up his rims. i drove by a 1/2 hour later and he was getting towed becuase it popped his tire and bent the ---- out of the cdm rims he had
