Unsafe start WTF!!!!!

Unsafe start WTF!!!!!
ok so it's like sub 0 right now here in western ny and I am on my way to get my wife from the gym. I see as i am leaving my drive way that a trooper is "visiting my moron nabors" so I go out my drive way start going and like 75 feet after the drive way I punch the gas right. so like i said it is sub 0 here and it's like solid ice on the road there. So the trooper pulls me over like 1/2 mile down the road for a unsafe start 
. wtf besides this guy was around the corner of the house how could he tell if I was moving or stoped. Any of you guys ever get out of one of these tickets with any sucess? I plan on fighting this but how should I go about it. I did take pictures of the road ice on the road and where the cop was. anything else you could think of? any ideas are welcomed

dude it's not a burnout when it's on solid ICE and the I don't know about the cat idea. ehhh seeing how I don't have a cat. I was thinking for the fact that I was already in motion that he couldn't get me for a unsafe START I was already in motion

I got a ticker for "too fast for conditions", I went around a corner sideways in the snow and their was a cop around the corner 
. I didnt fight the ticket just paid the $101 and was thankful i didnt get a reckless driving

i've done some stupid ---- and got away with it, and i was damn lucky to, so i try and keep that ---- off the road anymore now to avoid those kinds of tickets
back when i had my 510, i got pulled over after getting sideways on a freeway onramp going about 70 when the ramp speed is like 40, i had the wrong plates on the car, a hanging exsaust, no seatbelts, and could have also got a wreckless driveing ticket as well.. i walked scott free from that and missed a $1500+ fine and probably looseing my car and lisense by a ---- hair
i also got pulled over for speeding in my talon... 145 in a 55
was doing a logging run and didnt notice i wizzed past a cop... dude was ------ cool as ---- and let me off with a warning
also done burnouts and got pulled over after realizeing i did it in front of a cop.. i got yelled at and sternly warned..
