i dont want to sound messed up but if you cant afford to put together a hmt style turbo kit then you probably shouldnt be moving out. sounds like your not financially ready. remember your car is a money pit. theirs always going to be someting else to install or something thats going to make it faster. cars are expensive. if yuor not willing to make those sacrifices for your pimp juice ride then just keep it stock. just my 2 pennis.

Just to let you know RENR I go to school part time and work full time. 40 hours a week 12-8 mond-frid weekends off (hell yeah) and I made enough money to move out with stuff I brought for my room (like furniture tv home entertainment system computer blah, blah) and money save to boost my car and do cosmetics on it. I have a job. I was commenting on should i move out and save the money or boost and move out. Cause boosting is no joke it take made responsible and knowledge of what im doing and most importanly to me RELIABLITY. I was stating also that boosting probably would get me in more trouble as well since im already a speed demon.

i didnt mean any offense. im actually in the same boat as you though part time work and full time school yes it sucks but oh well props that you can do that not a lot of people can handle the long as days that never end.move out as soon as you can. some things are more important.but boosting a stock car that wasnt meant for boost is taking a risk. you might get all the right parts and for some dumb reason you can stil blow your motor. thats just a risk u take. if your not ready for the consequences then keep it stock mang. that all im saying. and if you stay with yourparents you can save more money ifyour serius about saving. you pretend to pay rent and just put that money in the bank. thats what im doing and when i have enough and im ready im just gona buy a house. yes being 23 and living at home sucks but in the end i think its better only if you can save that money, if you cant then rent.

dude throw all the parts you need over the fence at the junkyard. and get everything for free.

besides you set a goal: "I want to put a damn turbo kit on my car" and now you have to follow through. otherwise you are a failure. sorry to be so harsh but I am keepin it real.

I wouldn't think im a failure since boosting your car has nothing to do with me finishing school or getting fired from my job or future job. If anything its just a hobby that i would enjoy in learing in.

And sorry about that Mistundertanding RENR. I dont think its sad cause your 23 at home. I know much older guys who live at home with their parents and they dont even have a job. At least you work and go to school. And you know how hard that is

Do your research thoroughly Dragon. Read as much as you can on all areas of Turboing. Then when you think that you are well educated on the subject, make your decision. At least it will be well thought out.
