you have no idea what your talking about fagboy. stand up fighting is a ------- walk in the park comparted to any sort of grappling. the bottom line is, if you are in good cardiovascular shape, it doesnt matter how you expend your energy, standing, grappling ect,
he was in shitty shape and it showed.

you a ------- retard witch explains why your a fat bastard. when your in a sport where you have never ever thrown a punch or a kick then you get in one where you are punching and kicking all the time, it works different muscles a completely different way. since i wrestled for 13 years then got into mma fighting about 2 years ago and have been doing it ever since that pretty much makes me know exactly what im talking about fat bastard.
