i didnt read it cuz it looked fake. but the gov never pays full price for anything(who does) yet they tell us the cost of things and people exept it because its the gov. the money def gets redirected in to someones personal bank account in Licktenstien(tiny little country thats full of banks) like yeah it really cost 1mil for an outhouse. bull ----. there are alot of people making money off of all of us and we the people dont even care. it sucks.
