trance knows me well . . . i've helped him and he's helped me a great deal. I hate to dis-respect HMT members so please take no offense to this. Now that mr "jononioo" wants to be a *****, i'll do the same.

I understood perfectly fine about the hurricane sutuation, but the fact of the matter is I asked you if you could provide me with tracking info and you made excuses over and over again, what was I suppose to think?

1st was I don't know the #'s off the top of my head

2nd was the tracking # was in your car

3rd was you were going to get me the tracking info as soon as you could but you never did.

DO NOT PLAY LIKE I AM THE BAD GUY! I filed the paypal complaint just to cover my *** with no intentions of leaving it on. By the time the package arrived paypal had canceled the option for me to cancel the paypal complaint. As you see in the picture below the case has been "CLOSED" there is nothing I can do right now as there is no cancel option.



I did receive the WG and NO I was not trying to score a free WG for those that think that. I paid him $150 and he transfered the $$ out of his account so for him to make like he hasn't gotten paid is bullshit.

I got my item, he got paid . . . end of story! Stop trying to blow this situation out of the water, stop acting like i'm a dick when you got paid . . . you were at fault for making escuses about the tracking info, and I got e-mails to prove it if it gets that far.

So post a screenshot of the refund transaction. That will take care of everything. Not accusing anyone of anything, just saying that would clear everything up.

i know i've delt with you before with no problems, but let me just shed some light on the subject. if you filed a complaint, and the case was closed and favored you, his account was debited the 150.00 and if he already took the money out, then his account is in the negatives now and the only way to reinstate his account is to transfer the money from a bank account in to his pay pal account to get it out of the negatives. if you filed the complaint, you were either: a) reimbursed the 150.00 from pay pal when the case was decided in your favor, or b) as soon as he puts money in his pay pal account via bank transfer, it will go straight to you. so either way, either you have, or you will get your money back from pay pal, and have the waste gate also, see what i'm getting at. you need to contact pay pal and explain to them what happened because right now his account is fucked and you got the goods and possibly even your money back, so even though it was technically his fault you filed the complaint, you're the only one that can make it right now damn, and i just noticed by the dates that you filed the complaint only 12 days after you made the payment

"Only 12 days?" That's a long freaking time... I know if someone had my buck fitty and I still hadn't seen my product in 12 days, I'd be pissed.

Where exactly do you live anyways jononioo?... it seems like if you were in a place devistated by katrina, you wouldn't have the internet either. I personally hate when people make countless excuses as to why they can't just take their black *** to the post office and mail the damn thing... and it sounds like that's exactly what was done here.

And what's worse is that you're trying to make the OTHER GUY look bad... hurting his rep. That's just lame.

I'm new here, and hadn't even posted yet... I only signed up to check out a topic my friend linked me to (had to be a registered member), and then I got to looking at some pretty cool things you guys have going on in here! Then I stumbled accross this thread... I couldn't help but share my two cents...

ummmm, sounds like bs to me . one post, all your info hidden, etc. i bet an ip address shows who you really are anyways, considering you live in hawaii, shipping takes a few more days, remember the 3 bar i sent you? i shipped it out the next day, and even gave you tracking, and you were still questioning me about it when you didn't receive it after about 5 days, as if there was something more i could have done besides got you a tracking number. 12 days is maybe a little longer than you wanted to wait, but is by NO MEANS a long enough time file a pay pal complaint and ---- this dudes ---- up. and yes, i'm in an area that was affected by hurricane ophelia a few weeks after katrina, and although i didn't even lose power or internet, the mail did not run for almost a week, so although you're not affected directly, doesn't mean everyone/thing around you isn't affected.

Kevin didn't own ----. He knows I am a good business man, so does Trance, and many others, so unless you know me, then just shut your mouth. I would gladly cancel the complaint if the option is there, that is my whole point. I never got $150 back for it . . . . so I will try and call paypal tomorrow, or e-mail them, but this is not my fault . . . if someone wouldn't have been such a dick and didn't make up escuse after escuse for the tracking # this would have never happened. Don't come on here trying to make me look like the *** when you were didn't want to give me a tracking # for the package. This is a lesson well learned that when you tell someone they are getting a tracking # you give it to them as proper business practice so ---- like this doesn't happen.

End of Story . . . . I will call and make the attempt to get this taken care of but if they don't do anything about it it's not my fault.

For all you that want some proof. Here yah go . . . . my part has been done, it's now in paypals hans on when they want to cancel the complaint, so stop harassing and nagging and keep your comments to yourself:
