The Raptor 700 is fuel infected. How are you going to do the go juice under boost? What squirters are you going to run and what are you going to do about ignition on that high-*** compression motor?

the total timing is only 29 degrees. and the compression is not high

compression 9.2:1
total timing at wot 29 degrees

there is a stand alone computer for it that can control timing and fuel. but i'm not going to use it right now.

im going to use a boost references fuel pressure regulator. you can get around 80-90hp with the stock fuel system with increased pressure.

it has a dry sump oil system.

it also has a external oil feed that comes out of the block and goes into the head, i'll get my oil from there and return it into the sump.

this was a close second option

the dps will either shoot straight into the ground or go straight to the outside

i had to drill new holes in the compressor to be able to clock the turbo right. kind of lame

instead of drilling and tapping them, and having to find the right tap i just drilled them and put nuts on the other side. worked out good.

now the oil inlet is facing up like it should.

i got these turbos out of a dumpster. one has about 2 million hours on it, the other is used and one is practically brand new except the compressor wheel was all fucked up from a screw in it or something.

so i took the comp wheel off the haggard turbo and put it on the new turbo

That's awesome.

Are you planning on supporting those turbos with anything or are they just going to hang off the exhaust? Is this going to be hitting the trails still? I can see those snails snapping off pretty easy on the trails.

any plans for the oil system? or does it already have its own you can pull off?

I've got a pretty trick electric oil pump that has auto shutoff @ 60 psi so it doesnt run all the time if you want one i can permanently borrow one from work ;-)
