Default TurboXS RFL on 5.5 PSI

It says up to 25 lbs. or something but will 5.5 psi be enough to push it and will it still sound good(i know its really really loud).

Push it? Blow off valves work off vacuum, not boost. That valve will be fine for 5psi. It wont be as loud as it could be, but it will definatly still be noticeable.

Well then how come some valves leak if the boost is too high. Doesnt the pressure push while the vacuum pulls.

Yes. They have washers you add/deduct to fit your pressure levels.
