well, it was time for me again, i put together a quiq turbo kit for my daily driver, i basicly just pulled my ls/vtec out in favor of a 99 b18b1 integra motor because my ls/vtec had b16 pistons in it and id rather turbo a motor thats not worth as much, plus im not looking for the most power in the world, just to beat some locals and what not

as of now its only boosting 5psi because of a bad head flange gasket, so im gona change it, also i think the turbo flange might be leaking bt im gona check first. its still got alot of *****, its tuned with uberdata for 7-10psi but its running a little rich at 5psi. so hopfuly ill fix that tonight. i plan to upgrade my turbo soon, its farily small one , just a 48 24, but it gets the job done. i have a 60 63 on the way so that should be better, and i might get a sc50 off a hmt member thats local to me.

here are some pictures, please tell me what you think, espeicaly about the sick custom ark welded ss turbo manifold, its what happens when u run out of tig gas :1 but theres a upercharge pipe im gona replace from 2.25 and put a 2.5" peice in there and weld it so theres no couplers up there, it looks kinda ghetto but it gets the job done.

thanks guys, i actualy got the boost to 10psi jesse. its dam fast, no tracktion in 3rd, got the gaskets all changed and fixed a few bolts and nuts and no exhausts leaks, and just got my bumper back on. i do need to cut out of the bumper more but its ok for now. ill hopfully dyno it when that dyno tyme in nov come i think on the 12th? ill bring the head by tomorow steve. -blake

i will, its throwing a ce code but i think its because i broke the wire goin to the head, the temp sensor or w/e, but ill fix it with one of those harnesses at ur house

Looks good. Very clean and legit. Where you get your money, I still say you sell cocaine. Keep in mind guys he's only 17 year old senior in high school. I wish I could weld. Oh well, looks good and keep us posted on MORE projects you roll out.
