hey all, im a good friend of dustins, aka astrovannin. i am going to be turboing a 1990 s truck, 2.5 litre 5 speed, anyone done this yet?? im using an fmu controller but pretty much building everything else from the ground up.

turboing a truck with an engine and a a 5spd? noone's done that. 1991 or 1989 works, but not 1990

correction you can on the 90 model only with an auto tranny though...........

The 2.5 Iron Duke is a great engine stock, the instant you add power or revs the crank will snap in ten places.

Running an FMU on an early 90s GM whose ECU (or one that tucks right in place) is hackable with cheap gear and free software is, uhm, ------- retarded?

the motor is not the iron duke, its a rollerized motor from factory. do your homework

iron duke died when gm made mkII s10 body in the early 90's
