man, you've gotten meaner over the ages, I remember when your posts were useful and technical instead of just blindly insulting.

What's actually funny to me is that now HMT has this sort of rep that they just tear people apart so people feel the need to support that image now, instead of how it used to be when this site was about home-made turbo systems and people were impressed regardless of what you did.

It's not that the approval of people on the internet is paramount to me, it's more that when I first came to the site 3 years ago- I registered because people here were very helpful in trying to help anyone, regardless of vehicle to build a turbo kit. I learned a lot of good information here that went toward me being able to peice my own kit together. You can still get that info now, but you have to sort through about 4 pages of HMT OG's bashing on anyone who shows the slightest ignorance about turbos or hondas in general.

Not like this is going to change and honestly there's some pretty funny stuff here. But it's just dissapointing that the site used to be a place where people could feel invited, and now it's patrolled by E-thugs just waiting to insult you.

Look man, you keep trying to pick a fight, all I want is 1: respect for not being a talker and actually putting together a kit. and 2: for people to lay off people who actually work on their cars, I can understand that sort of thing on that thread where the dude put an integra front end on a civic, I mean it's not home made body-kits, but it is Home Made Turbo, which I did.

Honestly you're missing the point between lecturing and constructive criticism. And yes I'll try to help this attitude.
I understand that there are a lot of newbs that show up on here and don't search and ask dumb questions all the time. and they deserve to be flamed, but every now and then you'll see some people come on here that truly want to learn and ask good questions, all I say is: Give them a chance to know what you know. Not many people have put a custom turbo kit on their neons, so if they come to a site like this, I'd like them to know that I'll help them with any questions they may have, and to help them from making some of the same mistakes I made.

Honestly I think we're on the same page about that, you just go about it differently.

JUST SHUT THE ---- UP. you posted it here, expect to get feedback. some will be good. some will be bad. if all you wanted to do was "help people out" then u could have just pm'ed the whole thing to RS and he could have posted it up. dont get all butt hurt. im sure when my project is done people will hate it even more than they hate your neon. you think ill care? not really..
