and in the early 90 the corvette was anyhwere from a low 14 sec car to a high 13 sec car...except for the ZR-1 model which was a 12 sec car. so the nsx and corvette were pretty dead track even back then and it was only a v6.

Haha whoa I see some people really didn't like my post. Don't get me wrong, I love Ford and the Ford GT. I just really don't have much respect for chevy, and like 5thgenlx said, thats just my opinion. I read an article in USA today a few weeks ago that talked about the top cars of 06 and rated a lot of car companies in respect to the average number of new cars that had problems out of every 100. All the japanese makes scored 10-11, ford i believe was maybe 14, chevy was a little higher, maybe 16? I don't remember the exact numbers, but one prop to chevy would be that the german companies did a lot worse, in the high teens and low 20's, with I believe porsche scoring the worst because of their cayenne SUV's. I never said Honda was the greatest car company or that the nsx was the greatest sports car. Personally I will never own a sports car at all--even if I won one I'd sell it and buy myself a civic and keep the extra cash. ANYWAY, the Ford GT is a pimp car.
