NO you cant UPGRADE my injectors man. im sorry you cant .we have tried everything. if you read my entire post i go into why. The new vortec engines do run a MPFI set-up. i have a 2002 4.3L which has the old POS Vortec injection system. i cant just upgrade injectors its not that easy.

i need a cam + stall to really take advantage of that. im gonna get a good tune in it with methanol and then throw a ford 8.8" with a 2800-3000stall in it + somebolt ons (2.25" y-pipe, HX35 turbo, E-fans, MSD 6a) should really wake the truck up. i want low 12's with those mods. Then with a good cam and some head work. i really hoping for a 11.9 to 12.1 @ 110+. still stock bottom end. gonna be doing alot of data logging i guess

and yes i know that my motor is used in many racing series.
they run the older 4.3L NON balance shaft block (sy/ty block). My block is a 2002 it is the strongest of the bs blocks but the main difference is that the NONBS blocks have thicker main webbings making them much more sturdy to 4-bolt main. these motors can make great topend power i know but for the same price i can build this motor i can swap a 6.0L engine in. although i would still really like to see how far i can take this motor. would be fun. There is a guy with my same motor (2002 4.3L) with built engine on a single stage 250-300shot and aparently its holding together so we will see. Hes making right around 600whp.

don't gut your interior, it sucks and you cant feel a difference.

Yeah, and you look stupid driving around with half an interior. :1 Unless you're going for all out racing as fast as you can and that extra .00000000000000000000099999998888887777999 is worth it, don't do it. The only reason I ever gutted any of my cars was because the interior was so disgusting I pretty much had to.
