whats the difference between an auto and manual tranny? i am doing this becuase the project has to be on a system, i.e. for those of you who done get it, turbo charging the bike is the system, it could be a lawnmower, or a boat engine, or whatever the ---- you want, the point is, then engine is the system, the rest doesnt matter, which is why i dont care, i picked a bike because it would be more fun than just an engine, thats why, the project isnt the whole bike, GET IT YET??

Funny, I use KKK K03s turbo, this is small, but for a 125cc engine it is large..
I want to make boost to a scooter, it is only 50cc but the first problem is that, it is 2 stroke..
So I need a 4 stroke, 50cc cycle, and It will be supercharged...

2-strokes will flow 2x the exhaust as a four stroke. That makes up for it's smaller displacment.

I've read though that since 2-strokes burn thier lubricating oil, that makes exhaust gases cooler than that of a four-stroke = not good for spooling a turbo. I read it in a snowmobiling magazine, which is why factories never made a 2-stroke turbo sled. That's one of the disadvantages compared to a two stroke. But the fact that exhaust pulses every turn of the crank makes up for it.

50cc turbo scooter, or better yet moped would be badass

Thats 100% total bullshit. There are many good reasons why factories never produced racing turbo 2-stroke motor, that is definitely not one of them. A popular upgrade for rotary motors is to take off the oil injection and run premix. Does this mean that rotaries are shitty motors for turbos since they are burning lubricating oil? I can glow my expansion chambers cherry red to the silencers, EGT's being too low is not a problem.


A word of advice, don't believe everything you read in those magazines, we even used to have an emo kid on here who used to write for for Honda-Tuning.

The whole unit is aproximately 12 inches long , the exhaust ports in the manifold are 7/8 inch diameter and spaced about 2 15/16 inches apart. The compressor wheel is about 3/4 inch diameter.
