will the tuner toyz d16a6 rods work on a dohc zc?

how about a6 pistons? cuz i need a good set of high comp pistons too.

a6 pistons will dramaticallly lower your compression ratio in a doch zc. actually any oem piston will, the dohc zc has the highest dome of the D series pistons.

i know, im looking at aftermarket je high comp nitrous pistons. i just want to know if a6 ones will work. i can't find any for dohc zc

yes they will but you will be in the high 7 range

I wouldn't try to use OEM pistons on our rods. OEMS are normally press fit (definitly the A6 OEMs), and our rods are used normally for floating pin setups. If you are looking for an economy solution you might condsider Vitaras, but I think that will lower yoru CR even more than A6 pistons. For aftermarket ZC pistons, Race Engineering has a line of them.
