go to Start > run > type in GPEDIT.MSC
then go to User Configuration>Administrative Templates>Control Panel>Desktop click Prevent changing wallpaper setting to Enabled.
enable it after you change the desktop background to tub girl
bored at work i keep changing the desktop background to a picture i like and coworkers keep changing it back so i disabled changing desktop background
in highschool they had disabled the entire desktop background changing thing i got arround it by openning the picture in mspaint and using the apply as wallpaper but with this setting even mspaint cant change the desktop background

I have something even more evil...........
"Print Screen" of the Desktop.....paste it into Paint, set it as desktop, disable the icons on desktop.
The icons from the background will show up, but nothing to click on!!!!!
My son is a real ***** sometimes........but I get even

i ------- hate that one. Had a friend do it to me before he went on vacation and i couldn't figure it out. Waited a whole ------- week to get back on my computer. Was ------- pissed.
