but i mean its the first half black president, it deserves a 160 million dollar party. im sure they are just gonna raise taxes to cover it anyways.

Realistically.

Even if society stopped holding socialistic values, politicians who catered to the then valued capitalistic ideology would manage to bring some terrible level of perversion to the system. Thus eventually reverting it back to how it is now. Do you have any ideas on how to stop society from reverting once a change has taken place, or to even make a legitimate change happen?

our country was founded a republic for a reason, we have a constitution for a reason.

our government has to follow it, and people / governments that don't follow it need to be punished.

but realistically... its probably too late. when the country collapses we'll see what happens
