If i were you, i would fight it in court, see if you can work something out with the DA. A lawyer will cost you more than the $300 fine, i dont see that as worth it?

what facts did you give me;in his first post he did not say his car was 3-4 miles away;i asumed he was parked in the park;that he was tresspasing

ahhhh chata ---- this thread already, go get a ------' lawyer. DO NOT GO TO COURT WITHOUT ONE! You will be more fucked that way, get a ------ lawyer, explain the situation ask his legal advise and go from there.

get a lawyer and if you need a quick story play the i lost my keys and thought i lost them in the park so i walked over to look for one and got scared when you say the cops because you didnt know they were cops... either way they had no right to search your car.. id get a lawyer tho
