He could have walked to the park instead of driving there they dont know
No proof? whatdya think they slim jimmed his car? the fact that he was carrying the keys the he dropped for them to open the car is proof enough it's his car.

sorry to say this man.. either get a lawyer (which might be more expensive then the ticket in the first place) or just pay the damn fine.

Still no reason to search his ----. If they knew it was his car write his License # down simple as that and get a warrant out for him

on their defense tho, if they didnt see you, adn saw a car off sitting there, they might have checked it out to see if there was like a body or some ----, both you and the po po's could put up one hell of an argument.

well it doesn't mean it was his car. Did they see the keys fall from his pocket? Could he have borrowed someones car or use his parents car? Thats why they have to ASK if its your car or ask to search it. They should have waited to see if he came back to the car first then search not search then ask if its his car. I know if i let him borrow my car and they searched my ---- for no reason i would have been pissed. Plus they didn't need to look inside his ----. Thats why they have LICENSE plates. If they did know it was his car ------- write his license # down and tow the car
the car was at a place it wasnt supposed to be; i think they had every right to search it;and this is coming from someone that hates pigs with a passion

quit making the police rich and smarten up. only now can i say this cause i've done enough stupid ---- to last me for the next 3 lifetimes. stupid illegal ---- = wasted money, stress, and head aches. 2nd to last time i got arrested and taken to the county jail a ------ pig stole my gold chain outta my belonging bag. i notified them and they said they'd get a detective on it. what a ------ joke. last time i got arrested was a dui, i tried to outrun a cop
by turning into a neighborhood after passing the cop doing bout 70mph while he was parked inbetween 4 lanes at 4am. that was in 99' no problems since except for the usal traffic ticket or 2 the cop that cuffed me tried to push me hard enough that i'd slam my head on the hood of the cop car i told him hey chill out what are you trying to do? ------- inferiority complexed bastards!!!!!!! pay the fine and live with the loss. i wish you best of luck and also wish you no more trouble with the law.
oh..had to edit this in..lol..when i tried outrunning the cop i was in my old 92' civic 1.5L hatch..lol..had i been in my 250hp 99' si beast i would've done smoked his ----..sunbabitch would've thought he was chassing a UFO.lol
seriously though, i'd never try that agian for ----!

---- that take it to court. I think you will win. Cops have no authority to open your car without probable cause (like someone shouting and banging in the trunk, or a body passed out), if they wanna search your ---- they need your permission or a warrant, they had neither.

And, rob, ---- i out ran a cop in a ------ saturn, yeah that's right a piece of ---- base model 98 saturn. How the ---- you ask? It was traffic and i got mad dippin' skills.
