today i fabed some intake manifolds for the carbs.

going to see if i can get it running tomarrow

didn't quite get it started this weekend.

cranked it over and has spark and everything works. just needs gas to start.

the fuel pump wasn't setup correctly, i need some new fuel lines and it'll be running

plus is was like 120 at night... lolzzzz open header

pimp....i woulda stopped by, but i was ------ tired, 3 hours of sleep and loud music kinda wears you out...lol...i aint got ---- going on this week, if you get it up and going we should take it out to jones beach

i got it started yesterday. open header at about 95pm lol


im not sure if its going to run how the carbs are. they're designed to be angled vertically and its very hard to start, but it seems to run ok after it gets started.

might also have the fuel pump too far away from the carbs, making it really hard to get gas up to the carbs.

i'll try a couple things and see if it doesn't make it any better. but i might have to buy a set of carbs off an older xj650 that are horizontal

well, i think i'm going to have to modified the top part of the frame so the carbs sit in their usual upright position.

the carbs drip gas out when they're at this angle. not too big of a deal.

hopefully i can get it right and ride it this weekend ldman:
