Default Transmission question

Have a 98 honda civic ex 5 speed manual with an lx transmission thinking about switching back to ex transmission. Does anyone know what the diffrence is between the lx and the ex transmission such as are the gears shorter in the lx than the ex. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

why dont you search the gear ratio's on the two and figure out the difference instead of posting up that bs.

Actually I have been looking online with not a whole lot of help there so before you post ignorant response maybe you should ask yourself if maybe that person has done the research and is asking to get further advise or information. Thank you for your not so helpful advise, so try next to to be a little more productive with your answers and a little less of an idiot. THANKS.

Honda Transmission specs
suck a dick. u think ur talkin ---- to some ------ noob or some ----. ive been on this site since like 2004 or 2005. it literally took me 5 seconds to find that ----. i searched honda transmission gear ratios in google. so instead of taking the time to talk ---- why dont u take the time to search next time. if ur wondering tons of people on here knew the answer to your question and everyone ignored you because they knew u didnt search. if this was the old hmt you would have gotton atleast 20 replys saying "search". Im sure ur just gonna think ur sweet still and call me an idiot but i think its clear who the idiot is here

Wow such big word from such a small mind asked for help not bs. Thanks for the help but really try being a person and not some fowl mouth. You may have been on the scene for some time good for you, congrats but again try not being such small minded individual and help out. People try to learn from these forms actually looking for help not plain ignorance as you have so clearly shown. I may not choose to use such choice words, but try using your words and not your ignorance which I can say because I see now you have problems with using your words. So the next time you choose to use words try expressng yourself with out all the garbage, thanks.

Again thanks for the info, just couldn't find it while looking sorry, but it's not a matter of being childish, it's matter of the fact that there is no such thing as a dumb question except for the question that is not asked. At least you made it back safely unlike so many that have not, for that I'm truely greatful.
