Training/workout routine help *NWS* 56k ---- no
Well basically i want to lose some weight i know the basics 20min cardio, weight training and no simple sugars but i want an actual routine i can stick too.
what i want even probably not possible is to lose 20 pounds in roughly a month. i weight 205 and want to be around 180.
i know that their some gym buffs out their speak up i need a good routine i can stick too.
now for the **** as a reward

make sure you have a clean bathroom near by and start eating rasin bran all the time. its high in fiber so it makes you ---- all the time and loose weight. one of the fireman at a station i do work for lost a lot of weight doing it. knocked off like 15lbs in less than 2 months i think

healthy diet, cardio, and some weights will work fine. If you want to really boost the weight loss try hydroxycut or something... I used lipo6 and lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks when combined with everything else
