The guy was trying to be funny to no avail. I do agree with what he's doing though. I have thought about doing this also seeing as we have some dumb *** cops here. I see them all the time flipping their lights on to fly through intersections just to see them at the store getting some coffee 2 min later :1

There was a guy close to here that fallowed a cop after he went speeding by him with no lights on or anything. Cop pulled in to a restaurant and the guy and other witnesses pulled in. He demanded the ticket book and wrote the cop a ticket and called his supervisor out to sign the ticket also. Went to court and a judge upheld it and made the cop pay the fine.
