i never said run a stocker. you just need less volume of fuel going in, which is what cutting voltage will do.

Do you think I hooked my ------- pump up to my heater circuit to do some testing and I really didn't know that would cut the voltage down which would make less volume? If you ever post in my threads again I'll stab you in the neck with my moms ---- plug

It's ok, complex = turbo failure.

If I were you I'd rig a WOT switch that actuates a relay bypassing your resistor deal. The FI Toyotas came like that from the factory for whatever reason, it's not an uncommon concept.
Man, I had zero luck with my stock pump rewire, would lean out past 6500rpms around 13-14psi, and I know I'm not making 300whp yet, the car would be a rocketship if that were the case. How big in gauge do you need to go exactly. I think I was running 12 gauge through a 30amp relay off the battery.

Car was a fairly low mileage 91DX, I dunno, I've got one of Xenocron's pumps in it now, works great.

hr54, i referred to the stocker the first time around as in, the lph volume. guess your system is buggy or somethin. and yes, running off of the fan circuit will do a voltage cut.

I can't say I've had a problem, but everything I've touched that hasn't had a Walbro is a normal stock MAP street tune. That factoid was based on one of the Hybrid board OGs posting up some 92+ CX pump flowchart and I made a big fat ASSumption based off of it.

Last year w/stock wiring I was maxing out the stock pump at 15 psi on a 60 trim T3. This year I rewire the pump straight to the battery, didn't seem to make a difference.

Walbro + Gm 3 bar = win.
