heres a few pictures of it now, i have all the bumpers, sideskirts, and headlights i just took them off it because i thought they wanted it back.

I would sue, and press charges on him. Document everything. Hopefully in the end you will break even. Lesson learned: dont buy a car without proper paperwork, or doing history report.
The thief will not get away with the dumb scam he tried to pull.
