That would make me want to kill myself, I had a huge sub setup in high school (had to when you go to school in the ghetto), anywayS... I always had the bass up, however I always had to keep asprin in the center console

dam, that's probably the sickest bass i've seen. a buddy of mine has 2 15" subs, pushing 1600 watts.. ------- LOUD. if you just have your head near his windows if their open you feel that pressure/vibe in your ears.

my 2 12"s @ 800watts RMS are pretty good too, on the more bass-heavy songs i can make my side mirrors rattle. and i can set off this one girl's alarm on her integra thats like maximum sensitivity. i set it off with my open header lots though, just made it chirp idling next to her

pffff thats nothing. I sit in this on a daily basis (pull it out of the shop) and turn it on for customers 3-4 times a week. You want hurt? 163.7db official on the new termlab meters. 170+ for those who are old school. 4 Earthquake D2's pushin 12 12" subs. Our own inhouse brand.

you'd be surprised. all music sounds better in the car with a little bass. back when i was rocking just 1 12" for a while rock/not rap stuff sounded great on low bass (plus a shitty box). although it kinda sucks now that i'm using both subs in a good box.. i basically have to go into the back, fish out the amp, and turn down the bass to listen to rock with a great sound. or turn it down at my deck like -5bass +5treble, lol

i always suggest to people, get something, everything sounds better with a couple hundred watts in yo trunk.
