Since when do HP numbers mean faster? If this guy has a built auto tranny and good traction he could still beat that 800hp car with a slipping clutch and no traction. I'm just saying...

Nope. Surprizingly that's the fastest. He's the only person that's broken into 12s.
The next closest would be a car that's not finished. A built 3s-gte swap that's shooting for 800bhp+. The guy goes by Wraith on ToyotaNation. Past that, there have been a number of v6's S/C+n2o & slicks running 13.0-13.3, but noone's done it. The other turbo es 300 ran a 13.3 on n2o pre-turbo. He was pushing 450whp last I heard on his M/T. With slicks, he might have a shot at it. (But he's yet to go back to a track so... what differance does speculation make)
There is a tube frame RWD 2jz-gte drager in Auzzy that has a Camry sticker on his car. He runs 7s, but nobody claims him.

That the internet knows about. There's lots of people out there that has some fast ---- that aren't internet superstars.
