Same thing happened to me and i offered a full refund once he shipped the turbo back.Turbo boosted great on my friends talon and he upgraded so i got his 14b.He never wanted to ship it back so he got jack ----.

The way I see it is you can't buy a used turbo w/ guaranteed shaftplay and video proof and later on down the road expect to get a full refund for the product that Timmay claims is in worse condition. Unless he can prove his case somehow he's fucked and needs to just eat it.
