heres a good question: where do you come off threatening to talk about how i do bad buisness and filing a claim against me on paypal and then act like your the innocent party here? actin like you didnt say a ------- thing.
i would have prolly tried to help you only problem is before i can respond to one message you have 2-3 more waiting for me before i even get to a ------ computer going off.... im not customer support. if there is a problem yeah i would have walked you through it even prolly gave you a refund but you comin off like you paying for the shipping back is courtesy ? KISS MY ***! im not microsoft either im not gonna pay your ------ shipping because your not happy and realized later that you wanted something else.

You WILL lose the paypal claim. The easiest way is if he paid with a CC and you didn't get signature conformation on it. You could have had the pope deliver it and had a video, it DOESN"T matter. He didn't sign, he gets his money back AND he will get to keep the turbo.
If it actually goes through the whole dispute process, paypal will hold the money forever and it will eventually go back to the buyer. They don't give a ---- about sellers, if you use them enough you shold know about this by now.
And don't attack me saying I know nothing, blah, blah, blah. I am a licensed merchant that accepts CC's directly and I know the whole process. I've been there without the sig. conformation. I had emails, POSITIVE ebay feedback about receiving it, didn't matter, I LOST because I had no signature. I used to use paypal, but that was when I was younger and stupid. They are the best and easiest way to bring your business down.

i follow all paypal guidelines, its not cc it direct pay, and all im required to do is have the address reported confirmed to me and i ship with a reported tracking number. i wont lose.
