B20/vtec.Get some ARP rod bolts,bearings,rings,high comp cast pistons few hundred buck for machine work and you can get that setup together for cheap.B16 heads are pretty cheap these days and im sure if yo dig around you could come up with some cams for cheap.I would almost kinda like to build a allmotor CRX
