How heavy is that head?

I've never seen someone use an engine hoist to take a head off before.

there not really heavy enough to warrent the engine hoist, but some people are lazy or prefer to do it the easier ways

the IC piping came with the car.

Thanks for everyone that recognizes my work, its was a long paintful process, but its paying off..

F250 gave me a thumbs down today because I was hanging with him at 90mph
haha, ------- homos.

My head is not that heavy, I just used the picker to hold it in the air while I cleaned the surface really well and checked everything out to make sure it was good. :P

My car has gone 300 miles without a problem so far............................
other than the blown head gasket that I didn't do....

That first pic looks real sweet. Nice and clean. Everyone says dsm's are always breaking. I had a 91' tsi. I drove it for 35,000 miles and didn't have a single problem. It was a quick, fun, and reliable car for me. I also had a 90' non-turbo eclipse. I didn't have any real problems with that either. Just a surging idle when cold. I guess I got lucky.
