I didn't really want them, but the deal was if we wanted the 15,000+ regular movies, we had to take the **** also. This guy had been in business since the mid 80's. He was a SEVERE alcoholic and had gotten where he was only opening one store when he needed booze money. He was six months behind on the rent for the shopping center. The rental manager worked with us to buy out the inventory so he could get the guy out and move someone else in. That place was NAS-TEE!!! Cigarette butts everywhere, tobacco juice, filth, dirt. Pretty nasty. It took us about five months to get the deal done because the guy was such a psycho. His family finally had him put in rehab and we got it done. We've made a fortune on the buy out, but what a pain in the *** THAT was!!

I would have never thought of just buying the whole **** store instead of nickel and diming them every time I want a new ****.

OMG - I should have known which one! LOL! 
Some I just put together in lots, but some looked like they would go for more money on their own. I knew there were plenty of guys that would grab onto that one! LOL!
I got $25.00 for one that was a **** with breast feeding and pregnant women. ACK!
